Hyang Api Temple - Tanah Lot

Temple in Bali - Located not so far from Tanah Lot Temple. Based on its name, Hyang Api Temple is believed as the place where Fire God or Dewa Agni is worshiped. According to analysis of experts, in Bebetin A I and Trunyan A I inscription, it is said that Hyang Api Bali Temple has already existed since the 9th century, long before Dang Hyang Dwijendra firstly arrived in Bali in the 15th century.

Klepon

Klepon is a unique balinese cake, which is very easily to get. Jajan (means: cake) bali sellers usually have many choices, and one of them is klepon. Klepon is made from sticky flour.
Generally klepon’s color is green created by adding natural coloring from suji leaves, which is also used for other traditional balinese dishes. Black klepon are made from mixing black sticky flour.
Klepon is usually served on a takir or small bowl made from banana leaf with coconut grater on it. These days, klepon is not only a snack for local villagers, but also a unique cake to complete dishes in hotels or restaurants.

Bedugul
